Route Description
Seaton Burn services through to Ponteland.
Over bridge and right towards Throckley B6323. Slip onto A69 west bound.
Left onto A68 towards Darlington.
Stay on A68 to A68 Café at Toft Hill. (45 miles.)
Turn right out of c and immediately right again to follow B6282 to Copley and Middleton-in-Teesdale. Be aware of the sheep!
As you ride through Middleton-in-Teesdale turn left towards Brough B6276.
Right onto A66 towards Penrith then left onto B6260 Appleby-in-Westmorland. Fuel station on left if needed.
Left into town and over bridge.
Take sharp left following B6260 to Orton for lunch. There is a café on the left and the Chocolate Factory also has a tea room. (94 miles.)
Follow the road out o f the village and take sharp left to Gaisgill B6261.
Left onto A685 to Kirkby Stephen and Brough.
At Brough turn right onto A66 towards Scotch Corner.
Stay in left lane for Barnard Castle.
A688 to Staindrop, through to West Aukland and then left onto A68 back to A68 Café at Toft Hill where the ride ends. (141 miles.)
