Route Description
A19 to Moor Farm roundabout. Third exit to stay on A19 for the Tyne Tunnel. (9 miles.)
A19 to come off at slip road for A61 heading for South Kilverston and Thirsk. At the roundabout take the third exit, signposted for town centre.
At Market Square turn right to head for main car park (coffee break). (66 miles.)
Exit car park and turn left and follow road around to pick up A61 again. At painted roundabout turn right.
At next roundabout take first exit onto A170 to Sutton-under-Whitestone cliff and Sutton Bank.
Turn right onto B1257. Take care as this turning in on a left-hand bend. Follow B1257 to Sproxton, Hovingham, Slingsby and Broughton.
At the second set of traffic lights turn left to stay on the B1257 to Old Malton. At the roundabout take the second exit onto A169.
Eden Camp is on the left hand side. Turn left to the museum entrance. (96 miles.)
On leaving Eden Camp turn right to rejoin the A169. At the t-junction turn left for Pickering.
At the roundabout take first exit onto A170 to Helmsley. At the painted roundabout go straight on to t-junction.
Turn right back onto the A1257 to The Grange, Chop Gate, Great Broughton and Stokesley (coffee stop). (136 miles.)
Leave Stokesley to pick up the A172. Pass through Southern Cross Junction and take slip road onto A174.
At the roundabout pick up the A19 northbound. Brief stop at the American Diner filling station. Continue to the Tyne Tunnel and stay on A19 to finish the ride at Moorfarm Services (188 miles.)
